Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I was sold this system with promises of all of the features and benefits it would provide our company. It has been nothing but issues since we've installed the system. Our account manager is supposed to be a single point of contact for our new point of sale system and I have not been able to get in touch with him for 2 weeks now since we purchased from light speed. Great response

Our old platform provider would not get back to us, when we reached out for help, for at least 24hours. Lightspeed it's immediate and if they don't know they put you on a short hold and find out the answer. I also get an email with an explanation of my issue so if it happens again I have a record to refer to.. Great group

Switching to Lightspeed was quick and…

Switching to Lightspeed was quick and easy. There weren't any crazy fees to import our inventory, customers or vendor data to lightspeed. Integrated inventory over retail and ecom platform is great. Built in web designer is really easy to use and update. Integrated payments is also very helpful. There are a few things that would like to see made available for free without additional monthly charges but overall its been very easy to use for our workers.

At Lumbra Inc.

At Lumbra Inc., we recommend the use of Lightspeed because it help us to manage all the inventory process, quotes and receipts exceptionally well. Is a cloud platform that we can see and work at any time from anywhere. The reports are really helpful to manage the business and the use of accessories like printer receipts and labels as well as scanners make the process very effective for us. Use it - you won't be dissapointed.

We have been using Lightspeed for 8 years now. Service is great if and WHEN needed. Typically it is because I have made some sort of change inadvertently. They integrate with most all of my suppliers, Bicycle retail .

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. We are beyond frustrated with this company and will be dumping as soon as possible. Service is useless. Drops sales in the middle of transactions, shuts us down during peak business times, our "support" person never returns calls. Do NOT use for merchant services (credit card processing) because this is even worse service if you have a problem.

The whole program is easy to use

The whole program is easy to use, and there are hardly any hitches. I can ask questions any time and get feedback quickly. The Promotions section makes it easy to mark down products and set up monthly specials. I enjoy working on Lightspeed.

Great software, TERRIBLE customer service

The software is great for running a restaurant. Unfortunately, the quick service restaurant version is not fully realized, specifically if you are using the kitchen display module. If you ask for a new feature request, even something basic that should be part of the software, they will say no without even considering it. But the worst part of Lightspeed is by far their customer service... It's terrible! The wait time is minimum 30 minutes to speak with someone MINIMUM. I had an appointment ...
