Misleading sales tactic.

We got inaccurate information about their products working with Magento 2 website inventory to update as customers purchase online with the store integration, and that was a blunt lie. There are no free trials, for we paid for one month, and when we found out by the person helping to set up the platform, we were informed that it does not work that way. Good luck trying to cancel Lightspeed monthly app fee.

Pathetic follow up while I have tried to cancel my account for a month, meanwhile they keep charging my credit card. I have contacted Lightspeed through the appropriate channels described in their website. It has been a few weeks now. During that time, a customer service agent contacts me with a support ticket, claiming my sales rep will contact me. A few days go by. A nightmare doesn't even begin to describe how bad this product is.

The software is supposed to be intuitive. It is not. The tutorials are supposed to be informative, however, they are 2 years old and none of them make any sense anymore. Tabs they tell you to click on don't even exist. The areas of the tutorials don't exist. You contact help - and they are clueless. Multiple times I was told certain options don't exist or that it couldn't be done, but I eventually stumbled upon the option myself. Hardware - once again the tutorials are garbage and the ...

Most of the time good but...

We have been a user since mid 2018. Most of it works (some reports have NEVER worked) and usually customer service is good. Sometimes hard to understand on both sides. However, approx end of May a glitch in the inventory sort happened. I thought it would be fixed and didn't pursue it. When another week went by I contacted for some kind of update. "Working on it". Before signing up

Before signing up, I suggest taking a look at this Lightspeed forum where customers are told to post their issues and feature requests. Reps have stopped responding now, even to say "we'll add you to the list and let you know", probably because both sides have now accepted that nothing is going to happen. We use Lightspeed as our stores POS…

We use Lightspeed as our stores POS system. All of our income goes through it and I love the reports I can get back out of it. The customer support is the best. I have never had a problem they couldn't solve quickly and with kindness.

Lightspeed is one of the worst customer…

Lightspeed is one of the worst customer experiences I've ever experienced. I can't even sign up, that's how bad it is. This is actually my second time trying to use them, and I'm constantly shocked that what appears to be a good system is absolutely ruined by the completely inept customer service (and I'm pretty forgiving bc I work in the service industry). The sales reps are dishonest and no responsive. Never use them, you'll literally be in tears of frustration
