Total scam
Total scam. Light speed ripped my company off for 400.00. Misleading sales reps. Didn't send us the products they promised, and when we returned all their equipment back that was never use they only returned a third of our money. They won't call back and will not help in anyway. Total liars and thieves. Do not trust this company at all.

Cheap and superfast
Setup was quick and WiFi was on straight away. For £40 you honestly can't beat the speeds this broadband provides, it's the best.

"Light speed is fantastic"
What do you like best about Lightspeed Restaurant? The integrative system it had the most possible helpful tools we could ask for. What do you dislike about Lightspeed Restaurant? Light speed was lacking some integrations with outside services like open table. What problems is Lightspeed Restaurant solving and how is that benefiting you? They have been working on implementing a solution with other restaurants software providers

Excellent product
Excellent product! Constantly making updates to make it better and better. We haven't had a single down-time in the two years we have used this system. Easy to use, easy to get employees started. Best of all it already comes with loyalty built-in and ability to use your own gift cards which is a big cost savings for a small business.

I was actually excited the first day to…
I was actually excited the first day to find a POS system that I could purchase. I paid my money on August 8, 2022. I was told the system would be sent next day air. I received it in 4 different packages over a 4 week time. I lost a lot of money. No one would answer the phone. I would email. And get nothing. I was so sad & frustrated. They actually billed me for card processing when I never even had the complete system. I requested a refund. They gave me a hard time saying they don’t ...

Lightspeed has been a great POS to work with. The full integration between POS, Ecomm and Payments makes everything a breeze. Now, place on top of that their next level customer service and you have a winning formula. These guys rock it non stop 24/7. I 100% recommend.

User Friendly System....
Our restaurants Guacamole Mexican Street Food started using Lightspeed about 6 months ago. We switched from Maitre D to Lightspeed. The switch over was fairly easy as we had a "techy" on our staff who made the switch over look easy, but you really need someone with IT knowledge... The software itself is fairly user friendly and most employees took to it within a few shifts. We are still learning how to use it and need to figure out the reports, but we are taking things one step at a time ...
