Lightspeed Retail + eCom
Lightspeed Retail connected to lightspeed eCom is absolutely the best combination I can imagine. Having worked with it over a year now this is by far the best solution, and I have created many sites for all types. I don't understand the negative reviews; LS price is absolutely more than reasonable, support and training are second to none, products are very intuitive once you learn them, and the results are just great. No complaints at all. I highly recommend it. None better.

Got Comics, Inc.
Our comic book retailer has been using various iterations of Lightspeed since we open our store in 2010. We're currently using the Lightspeed Retail version. The software is flexible and easy to use. Customer service is usually quite responsive. It is constantly checking for bugs that affect the software performance. We would recommend Lightspeed to other retailers.

we are 7 months into this software and…
we are 7 months into this software and are still not using it due to differing tech information and incomplete product listings. they are chronically understaffed and over the course of the 7 months of trying to work with them it has not improved.

Lightspeed Retail - 2 Year Review
After having used Lightspeed for nearly 2 years, I have some thoughts about the service. Lightspeed had the right idea initially - a cloud-based POS system with eCommerce connectivity. Unfortunately, they do not communicate with the Lightspeed community very often and there are many outages that are unspoken of and do not show on the status page. Sizing Filter, Price Tag Layout
I would very much appreciate if filter for Size can be added in the near future. Right now we are unable to understand sizes available in the inventory. Also, on price tags, new layout would be appreciated. If there could be separate line for attributes.

Overpriced Nightmare: Lightspeed POS
Lightspeed POS is an absolute disaster – not only is the system unreliable and slow, but their customer service is horrendous. And to top it all off, they have the nerve to charge outrageous prices for this mess of a service! Stay away from Lightspeed POS, save your money, and spare yourself the frustration.
