CLUNKY! Not intuitive!!! Scam!
A cheeky lie to get you, the be ready for a big frustrating, time wasting, money guzzling experience. But most importantly and worst of all the software is so clunky, it seems to have a lot of features but it’s all very basic and so hard to use honestly. I never got the website live which I paid for, because they lied about features. But the clunkyness in the POS is the worst! BUYER BEWARE!!!
I was over-sold the product and cancelled. Have not been able to get in contact with anyone concerning a refund. Having been in contact with their "Senior Product Manager," he sent my email address to 46 other recipients. No professionalism and cannot get answers!

I have been using LIGHTSPEED for almost nine years now. cost hasn't increased that much. Id be fibbing to say it hadn't gone at all but like everything it has increased. Not dramatically or enough to make me say WOW! When ever I have needed service they have been very helpful and trustworthy. We currently also use LS Payments and it is effortless and seamless after the initial change!

Lightspeed X is simple yet sophisticated and comes with excellent support.
So far we have had an easy time implementing Lightspeed X into our stores and connecting to Woocommerce for our Ecom. Great product and support. This company actually cares and takes feedback seriously!

Do Not Use This Company for eCommerce
I recently signed up for Lightspeed eCommerce and was disappointed to find that their contract was for a full year and could not be cancelled. Additionally, their software was missing key features such as variant image swatch and the ability to link existing products to a variant family. I reached out to their customer support team to raise these issues, but did not receive a satisfactory resolution. As a result, I would not recommend Lightspeed to others based on my experience.

Hi, My name is William and I am a proud retailer using Lightspeed as my POS. At first, It was a definite learning curve, but the support was excellent and they even helped me set it up correctly. I now have Lightspeed in two of the retail establishments I manage. The ease of getting started is incredible. It's easy to learn, easy to use, and easy to train your staff on. As well, it is very robust and versatile, suitable for any retail type business.

Chancers. Unprofessional and arrogant
Was a customer of Vend, then when Lightspeed bought it they more than doubled the price, and then offered a slight discount on the increased price if we put all our credit card transactions through them. Strong arm sales tactics and an arrogant dismissive attitude when we complained. Steer well clear. They’re obviously trying to get back the money they overpaid for the Vend acquisition.
