Avoid this company. Terrible service.

The agents don't know what they're doing. I explained out loyalty program multiple times to the agent I was dealing with and they told me that their system would work for what I wanted. After purchasing I found out that it would not work for what I wanted and they refused to refund me. That was fine. Now months later when they originally told me to keep the terminal that was supposed to free, they're telling me I have to pay in full for the terminal. Worst company, avoid at all costs.

If I could give this company zero I would, ordered hardware from them, they tried to charge me twice, then had the wrong address for delivery, I’ve tried phoning so many times, but you can never get through! I’ve tried emailing, I’ve had responses assuring me the address has been updated, but I’ve now had another notification a package is on its way… to the wrong address again! Customer support is terrible

Customer support is terrible, 40 minutes waiting for a reply through chat box. Half an hour on the phone trying to call them. Pretty much hopeless. Unable to really see the capabilities during trial without signing up. Everything about my experience the last 2 days was bad. Massive waste of time (4-5hrs) trying to get it set up. Avoid!!

Avoid! Representatives promise the world and the software does not deliver. Charged us for the full contract term up front and are refusing to apply refund even though we cooled off within 24 hours of sign up - once we realised what had been promised was not at all functional. Don’t waste your time or money.

Stay away from this platform

Stay away from this platform. After first year, they doubled my monthly fee without conversation or explanation. No one will speak with you on the phone. Took me weeks of leaving messages and requesting call backs to get an email stating that this is the new rate. If you don’t like it, you can drop some of the services. Lovely organization.

Excellent POS system with flexibility…

Excellent POS system with flexibility for miles! It was one of the few that could handle my unique situation for our retail & wholesale retail liquor store. Their support is good with accommodating and knowledgeable staff.

I used lightspeed for a cafe I owned and honestly it was a great experience, my contact there was Christian he was my account manager he was always so helpful and went above and beyond always following up with me and making sure all was ok with the system, as I said a great experience, I also randomly meet another team member called Oso he was a customer at my cafe and he saw me having trouble operating my lightspeed, and he came from his table while having lunch and helped me :) great ...
