Forcing customers to use a vend payment…
Forcing customers to use a vend payment system otherwise charging them a fee is nothing less than extortion. Very very disappointed. Online chat is a joke and please wait days on end for the account manager to contact you. Very disappointed. Will report them to Accc

Extremely helpful
It was very difficult to get hold of the proper service. However I was able to connect with Catherine. Who turned out to be the guardian angel at light speed. Her service professional, outstanding and most of all efficient. Because of the of Catherine service I stayed with the company. She needs be commended for her work. My company name is Rillas Fusion Cuisine. My name.is Sheraz Khan. Without Catherine's I would have not been a client of light speed.

Lightspeed is a waste of time and money.…
I started out with ShopKeep 10 years ago. It was great. But as the company grew it got worse. Now 10 years later Lightspeed has taken over and I see they have lots of new tech and better equipment than my old outdated system so I wanted to upgrade and get a new high tech system. WELL….I’ve been calling them for over a week. No one ever answers the phone. I’ve left my number for a call back several times no one ever calls back. They are robbing peoples money by…
They are robbing peoples money by charging for not using their payment terminal. Been 4+ plus yrs with them. But no more with them.

Terrible - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Terrible. No customer service, all ticket base and they never get back to you. I have been trying to reach my so-called account manager for more than 30 days. I left countless voice messages and sent more than 100 emails. the refuse to answer. I tried to cancel the account but guess what? only the account management team can do it... but they don't answer the phone or respond to messages... in the meantime, I'm getting charged bogus fees and can't do anything about it. STAY AWAY!!!!

PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP WITH LIGHTSPEED ! THEY WILL HAVE YOU BY THE BALLS ! Since may of 2023 if you do not change your merchant service to Light speed they will charge your 10X the monthly payment you have been paying previously. You cant even take your customers past history of purchases. Only their names can be exported. We signed up back in 2016 and we had no problem with them until they forced us to change our merchant company to there own. They are running their business like a mafia ...
