I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come on board. Let’s call him C since they don’t want me to say his name on here. C lied to me but tried to retract what he said after I signed. Told me call him if I needed anything yet wouldn’t call me after I asked only emailed me. Before I would sign up the one question I asked him repeatedly was about how my inventory would get import by OCTOBER 3rd. C assured me my assigned onboarding rep would make sure that happened. Mark Rinaldi was very patient wtg for us to make final decision on choosing a POS system at which point walk me thru over the phone in to start off and pay. The follow-ups by CSR emails 10/3 & 4 has been good in trying to get this done in a timely manner greatly appreciate.

Pleased customer
I am a small business. I am not good with computes like young kids today. I needed something that wasn’t complicated very easy to use. This is the third system I have tried and by far the most simple. The customer service has been excellent so far. I am glad I called them.

Lightspeed is unprofessional
Lightspeed is unprofessional, horrible to deal with and has almost blackmailed the customers into using their processing system. I am dropping them as soon as our new system is up. Retailers, run for the hills! They are aweful!!
