Nightmare at the Speed of Light (LightSpeed)

We switched from Quickbooks POS to LightSpeed because QB POS was being discontinued. Setting up LightSpeed takes a lot of time as expected and is really nice to use. The integrating with Quickbooks is an absolute nightmare. It promises integration but only sends information to Quickbooks about sales that were put on account to be invoiced. None of the other chart of accounts are transferred to Quickbooks such as undeposited funds, sales tax, merchant fees,...ect. Things that your computer ...

Best POS we have ever had!

We have been extremely pleased with Lightspeed Retail (x-series) POS! We have used many POS systems in our 30 years in business, this is the best! Super intuitive to train and use, dependable, great integrated payments and a robust API for add-on integrations.

I have had no support whatsoever from…

I have had no support whatsoever from the support team at lightspeed. I have paid for my first month of merchant services and have not migrated any of my QB POS. I have run into roadblocks that I critically need help with

Super fast and accurate help!

We had some problems starting up our pin terminals but with the help and fast help of Bibi and the support team we managed to solve the problem. Great stuff!

I've had a fantastic experience with Sheeba, our Partner Manager. She has been incredibly helpful in resolving and escalating issues, making the onboarding process smooth and hassle-free. She took the time to address all my questions regarding Lightspeed, demonstrating a deep knowledge of the platform.

Great onboarding experience !

We chose Lightspeed to transition towards because we outgrew a competitor's platform and found the integrations with e-commerce and other apps to be so much better with Lightspeed and well priced. Additionally, the personal service during the onboarding process has been incredibly helpful - the videos have also been clear and concise

Fantastic POS

We have been using Lightspeed for some time now, it never lets us down! It’s very user friendly, the employees love how quick and easy to learn. Hands down the best POS I have used!

Account Manager not account managing!!! - Issue Resolved!!!

Lightspeed has gone downhill in terms of their Account Management. I am based in Switzerland and was using iKentoo before being bought over by Lightspeed, then, became K-Series. Inital contact with Account Manager was good when it switched over to Lightspeed, however, it has gone downhill for nearly a year now. For example, I have raised these 2 items: 1. 1 star is correct. Bad UI, insane fees.

Yep all the recent 1 star reviews sum it up pretty well. Signed up for this for my new little business and during the beginning they tried to get me to go the more expensive plan despite not needing it at all, so that was the first red flag. Was pretty easy to get it all the stock set up so that was nice at least, but from there it’s downhill. Hard to navigate, ie app and website completely different UI, icons don’t make sense, weird UI glitches commonly, menus hard to navigate. Was super ...
