Just installed Lightspeed payments and had some queries regarding set up and functionality. Katie was very helpful and knowledgable, answered all my questions and helped with some functionality I didn’t know about. Great service

Lightspeed has been amazing over the last couple of years, since buying Vend. They have made countless updates which have improved our efficiency as a business as we continue to grow and scale. This usually comes with it's challenges but Lightspeed has made it much more of a smooth ride. I would also like to thank our account manager Vincent LoBasso who is always speedy with his replies when we are in need of guidance or support

Lightspeed itself is so far great. But the mess you have going on with the integration process is horrible. It is not easy at all like the sales man will tell you. Don't fall for it. You are directed to only a chat box that is supposed to help with any problems and you get no phone # to contact anyone and it is the worst customer service ever. Please also be advised, do not start your lightspeed before you have it syncing with your quickbooks. I did and am now regretting it as I am fighting ...

Haven't always had a perfect experience in the past but now I have the best service and support I ever could wish for from Customer Success Manager Ms K. Cowell. Absolutely superb. Kind, patient and super quick. Could not ask for more!

Renante to the Rescue!
The dreaded Sales Tax Audit was upon me, and we had switched away from Upserve 6 months ago. I was terrified that my data was no longer available, but I reached out to support and Renante was able to get me every single monthly sales report I had requested within an hour. I've never been so relieved!
