One of the best POS available in the market. The support staff is always there 24/7 to help and guide us if we encounter any problem. Pieter Verheye is a gem of a person with high expertise in the company and is equipped with the best knowledge of the POS. Hats off and keep doing what you guys are doing. Onboarding experience was great

We have just started using Vend and had a great onboarding experience with Harrison Fata from the Lightspeed team. We have switched from Maropost and find Vend much more intuitive. It offers us easy to find reporting on sales.

FRAUD ALERT

Careful which company you hand over your card and banking details. Lightspeed is a fraudulent company that charges arbitrary amounts at arbitrary time periods also. We have been with POSIOS before it was bought by Lightspeed, then with Lightspeed for a grand total of 12 years. They introduced a fee last year to exempt us from the merchant processing services, now they charge us this exemption fee and they also charge us for "transaction charges" even though they do not process any ...
