David, our Implementations Specialist and Ernesto, on the Integrations Support team have been amazing to work with! It is not the easiest to make your way to them but if you have advanced support issues and the frontline is unable to help, there are members of the Lightspeed team who are knowledgeable, patient, persistent and more than capable of helping resolve these issues.

Lauren Allan has been my best account manager…

Lauren Allan has been my best account manager so far. She has gone out of her way to fix the mess my account was and solve all the really surper rare issues that I seem to have the worst luck having. Not going to lie, I've had a rough go from the start. My paid menu build was a flop and had to create a whole new account which led to year long complications. The software is good 👍 and Lightspeed offers ways for my business to grow. I'm still holding out for pre-auth payments in Canada. 🤞🤞 ...

One of the best POS available in the market. The support staff is always there 24/7 to help and guide us if we encounter any problem. Pieter Verheye is a gem of a person with high expertise in the company and is equipped with the best knowledge of the POS. Hats off and keep doing what you guys are doing.
