Perfect from Lucas
Was able to speak to Lucas from the lightspeed X team in regards to an error that I couldn't seem to fix. He was able to find the a user error that I made instantly which helped me immensely and kept my store running without any downtime. Couldn't have solved this without your help Lucas! Cheers. Sam Smith has been fantastic to deal with since he took over our account. Very attentive and has always gone above and beyond to help out with any of our queries. Setting up a new POS system for our second shop has been smooth and hassle free with Sam's help. Can highly recommend!

Excellent Onboarding Experience
We recently just moved from an alternative provider after support difficulties and clunky backend performance. We found Lightspeed excellent for us by being able to utilise their API. For us it has saved huge amount of time. Our onboarding experience was great.
