Hello
Hello, we have had the G series for years and have now decided to switch to the K series. Our team can handle the great functions like LS Payment and Inventory very easily and the onboarding was well structured and orderly. Sometimes you have to know what you want and how you want it, but the cash register is just great

Lightspeed is great
So my first time with Lightspeed, had a different software system for 20 years. There were a few hiccups all on my end. the support is amazing, Alicia Chadronet, Catherine Desgroseillers have gone above and beyond anything I have emailed about. When I did call, the call service center picked up in about 5 minutes, unheard of from most companies. It has been over a month and I cannot thank them enough for their help, dedication, instructions, and insight into using this system. TWO THUMBS UP!!

I was close to change my till when I…
I was close to change my till when I bought this cafe until I met Sam, from 1 to 10 my score is 100 as Sam came over multiple times and with patience explained everything. Well it’s now one year that I’m using Lightspeed and I’m very happy. Thank you for your support

Lightspeed is the engine that helps me run my business efficiently.Without great support, it's like running a car without a great mechanic to service and help with troubleshooting. Jean-Serge exceeded all my expectations. He was concise and knew exactly how to not only address my problem, but was able to suggest a better way.

Very happy returning customer.
We shifted back to Lightspeed from Square a few months back and the change has been extremely beneficial to our company proficiency. The support from Sam and the team has been great and no issue has been big enough to hinder the way our business operates. We are a larger company with 4 locations and 80 staff and have a great experience across the board.

I have been calling for days
I have been calling for days. On hold for 2 hours twice. When I did get a person I was promised a call back. Never received one. Emailed with a automated return and no follow up. Left a message with Tiffany who was the original salesperson to see if she could get someone to call me. No Return Call. I have sold my business and just trying to see if we can change account to new order. I will suggest square if I do not get a answer soon.
