The system itself is great, and the support and customer success teams are also excellent. I have no problems with them at all. However, the account manager situation is like a joke! I wanted to transfer ownership to my mother, and they asked me to contact my account manager. I've been emailing her since April 2023 and have continued to email her – not a single response, as if she doesn't exist. I have two restaurants, and both have the same account manager. A very satisfied customer of LightSpeed e-Com
The structure of the programme I use from LightSpeed e-Com works very well for me. All the information and statistics are clear. You can easily make adjustments from your phone or laptop that are implemented within 1 sec. You can also make exports of all orders and view what you have sold per quarter. I am very satisfied!

My subscription expired on September…
My subscription expired on September 2023. I have sent emails to the account manager and billing. No response. I have called opened ticket after ticket and call to hold on phone for roughly almost 2 hours to be told that they don’t see an invoice and that billing will be reaching out to account manager to get this fixed. Next week account is locked again due to expired subscription and to pay invoice. Reach out again to be told there is no invoice and they will fix it. Days later Account ...
