Sophia R is the bomb

Sophia R is the bomb! She spent 3.5 hours with me helping me import things in my shop with an excel spreadsheet. She waited for me to edit 250 products in the excel multiple times. Unbelievably helpful. It's also 2:45am. So great to have immediate 24/7 support. Thanks Sophia, I really appreciate your help and your time. 10/5 stars :)

Great service from Zerwin

While my company's experience with Upserve (bought by Lightspeed) had a bit of a rocky start, but I've been very pleased by the level of service I've received from Lightspeed support as of late. Recently, we had a day where our internet was down at our business for most of the day (Comcast outage). Quite a few of the credit card payments we processed during that time did not go through.
