Customer Service
I have been working through some issues with intergrating to Lightspeed Payments. Adam, a support specialist from NZ has been amazing. He's very patient & explains things in everyday terms. Also, our Account Manager Alex, has been brilliant. Very supportive & helpful. While the experience with Lightspeed Payments has been interesting, the support of Adam & Alex has been fabulous. The 4 stars are for Adam & Alex (not Lightspeed Payments)

Aya was incredibly helpful
Aya was incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient helping me today with a time sensitive and serious issue. Without her professionalism I would not have been able to continue in my daily business and would have lost out on revenue. Than you again for you help today. Cheers.
