I had issues with creating a 3 course…
I had issues with creating a 3 course dinner menu. Diwid helped me out very quick. Super friendly and informative, showed me a few ways i can create a 3 course dinner menu consisting of 2 items per course.

Phil on the Lightspeed team is always…
Phil on the Lightspeed team is always so knowledgeable and helpful. He is always willing to go above and beyond to jump on a call with me, last second and work with me until the problem is resolved. Can't say enough about his work ethic!! Thanks for all the support, Phil!!

Customer Service
I have been working through some issues with intergrating to Lightspeed Payments. Adam, a support specialist from NZ has been amazing. He's very patient & explains things in everyday terms. Also, our Account Manager Alex, has been brilliant. Very supportive & helpful. While the experience with Lightspeed Payments has been interesting, the support of Adam & Alex has been fabulous. The 4 stars are for Adam & Alex (not Lightspeed Payments)
