Shahid is the best

At first it was a bit overwhelming as I was a new start up business with a lot going on but Shahid was extremely patient and understanding. Shahid's knowledge was excellent. We finally got there in the end and I am looking forward to using this system.

Lightspeed Payments is a Ripoff !!!

I have been a customer of Lightspeed for a few years and in September of this year I changed to Lightspeed Payments. I was assured after sending copies of my previous providers statements that this changeover would be financially prudent. My business is a high volume transaction type of business. I was not able to access my Statements for September, left messages several times, and finally was able to speak with someone in November who helped me access the statements. After analyzing the ...

Lightspeed Payments is a Ripoff !!!

Despite having a few challenges

Despite having a few challenges, however I’m happy to say that I had a great experience with Lightspeed simply because of Sam Smith, our account manager. Sam was always available to help us from onboarding to getting Lightspeed Payments EFTPOS operating properly. A courteous, polite and talented guy indeed.
