Re-creating Sales Invoices and Payment Types
Peter (and originally Germaine) helped us with the process to void two transactions and re-create a single one reflecting the accurate history of the sale. We had to amend dates and payment types and the process was a little complicated. Peter was as patience as a saint. We have began to use the 'Help' function within Lightspeed more lately and it's made a big difference to our daily use of Lightspeed. Thanks guys! Tony, Big Maggy's

Would highly recommend!
I've been using Lightspeed for over 3 years now, and it's one of the easiest and most efficient POS I've ever used! The FOH system is extremely ergonomic, and the BOH side keeps on improving, we can see that the work "in the pipeline" doesn't get lost - as it can happen with other POS systems I've used in the past... Would highly recommend!

Amazingly helpful
Friendly, helpful and covered all bases. Had a great chat and got all my equipment up and running despite my over eager attitude to get it set up on my own and making some mistakes... Would highly recommend! 10/10 for Amine Chader!
