Best service I've experienced. The team were very helpful and supportive, fielding any question that came up and determined to ensure everything ran smoothly. We've been using Lightspeed for the last 4 years and it has been refreshing to have such an easy to use and intuitive POS product. Whilst there have been the usual teething issues of understanding a new POS back of house language, I believe its worth mentioning how we have been blown away by the level of customer service our account manager Sam Smith provides. Re-creating Sales Invoices and Payment Types
Peter (and originally Germaine) helped us with the process to void two transactions and re-create a single one reflecting the accurate history of the sale. We had to amend dates and payment types and the process was a little complicated. Peter was as patience as a saint. We have began to use the 'Help' function within Lightspeed more lately and it's made a big difference to our daily use of Lightspeed. Thanks guys! Tony, Big Maggy's
