Damian Carroll, One in a Million.
Damian Carroll was instrumental in helping us figure out what was wrong with our problem. Even though the majority of our issue was on our end, it was with his help that we were able to pinpoint the exact issue after going through several scenarios of trial and error to get to the point to where the cause of the problem could be resolved. Overall Feedback
Really easy to use and fast integration from back office to actual user app. Also the implementation of the payment terminal is a big plus! Making custom reports to check your data is easy as 1-2-3.

very good & stabil system
very good & stabil system, easy to be handled by employees. I used to work with the G Series. Onboarding the system and keep running was very easy and understandable for the entire team. Added Lightspeed Payment to our System - we love it!

Really enjoy Lightspeed. Easy to use product and great customer service. Haseeb was very patient and helpful in assisting our transition over to their new payment processing solution. Look forward to using them at our other venue.

Best service I've experienced. The team were very helpful and supportive, fielding any question that came up and determined to ensure everything ran smoothly. Despite hiccups along the way, they worked diligently to fix them - all with a smile - and were great at educating our staff on any processes so we had a better understanding.
