The continuous support from Blanca made the whole experience more pleasant; It is remarkable how much she cares and tries to be helpful even though it's been almost one year since we made the swap to k-series; To this day, she is the only one from LS that I know will be reliable and go out of her way to help us out... If you are implementing this POS in your venue and you get Blanca as your specialist, you can rest assured that she will get the job done.

Blanca couldn’t have been more helpful…
Blanca couldn’t have been more helpful during what could be described as a difficult on boarding process for our group. She was very easy to context, always responded in a timely manner and managed expectations really well. Without her assistance I would have a very different and not so positive opinion of Lightspeed K Series

Damian Carroll, One in a Million.
Damian Carroll was instrumental in helping us figure out what was wrong with our problem. Even though the majority of our issue was on our end, it was with his help that we were able to pinpoint the exact issue after going through several scenarios of trial and error to get to the point to where the cause of the problem could be resolved.
