We have been using lightspeed for years and recently expanded our business. Lightspeed has been a fantastic partner because keeping up with stock and monitoring the order and spending rates easy and quickly is very important in our growing restaurant business. New workers find it easy to use and the possibilities keep growing.

The support from Lightspeed is second to none. I've used many software providers in different businesses over the years and have never experienced support as we do from Lightspeed. Special mentions go to Jessen Armstrong and Jason Mok who actually phoned me to resolve an urgent issue less than 2 minutes after I'd submitted the support ticket. Amazing experience with the on boarding! I appreciate how patient Amine was with me in setting up my system for the first time. He was able to answer all my questions and he made it look easy. He helped me not to be overwhelmed with starting up the system
