Justin Kuzmicki has been great to work with at Lightspeed with his communication when I have issues or troubleshooting that needs a little help from Lightspeed whenever the Chat windows are not able to resolve a problem or question I have. 4 stars given only for the fact that if we have an accounting question for our profile I believe Lightspeed accounting team could be more efficient in connecting and communication in a more prompt manner.

Trust them like old friends
I started using Lightspeed in March 2020. The team has been so great to work with. They reply promptly to questions and needs and work hard to understand my business. The company is full of great people and I trust them like I trust old friends. A special shoutout to Fraser, Brendan, Justin, Jared and Mercedes.

Brilliant service
