Justin Kuzmicki has been great to work with at Lightspeed with his communication when I have issues or troubleshooting that needs a little help from Lightspeed whenever the Chat windows are not able to resolve a problem or question I have. 4 stars given only for the fact that if we have an accounting question for our profile I believe Lightspeed accounting team could be more efficient in connecting and communication in a more prompt manner.

Very knowledgeable and to the point Felt that he read the details I had submitted and didn't ask questions on details I had already provided, understood my questions straight away and was able to resolve very quickly
