I Approve!

We have had no issues with Lightspeed POS. We use the system 6 days a week and have no problems. Customer service has always been there when needed ( which is very infrequent ).

Lightspeed is fast, efficent and affordable.

Lightspeed's web based POS Systems ensures that I am never out of touch with my business. Each module is simple to use and gives me the data that I need at my finger tips to manage my business effectively. Lightspeed, both in terms of its function and support, is already optimized for my business.

I co-own Bluestem Bicycles, a new retail and service shop in Brookings, South Dakota. Light Speed POS

We converted to Lightspeed a few years ago and haven't looked back. They are a great company and are very attentive to our needs. I especially like that with their cloud product I can use any OS and device which is great for my mobile staff and at trade shows. Their software has been rock solid and I cannot recall it being down ever. I'd highly recommend it.

A POS worth every penny

I manage my shop floor and website through Lightspeed. From initial discussion with a sales person, to account manager, to software training, and help centre, I have consistently received fantastic service. Lightspeed itself is intuitive and easy to use, accurately managing my stock levels, linking to my accounting software for seamless administration.

Great POS!

The ability to manage Inventory and a customer database is key to our success. Lightspeed does both very well. It's become the backbone of our business. Do not trust Lightspeed

Our experience with Lightspeed has been absolutely horrible. LightSpeed was recommended to my mother by an employee from Apple and so she called them to find a solution for her small hair salon business she just opened. Due to time constraints, she had to find a solution fast and trusted the recommendation by the Apple employee. I did not hear the conversation she had with Lightspeed but I know that the sleazy sales person sold her on the 5 year plan (costed about $5000) by saying that she ...

Not user friendly

This POS system is exhausting, they are not set up properly to handle the needs of warehouse type of setting. Many options that should be automatic really are not.......for example if you create a PO you must add a vendor ID to it in order for it to show up on your PO (come on!! that's a given how is your vendor going to know what you are ordering without that number). Why do you have to do this when the Manufacture SKU field is fill out............hello!!! How about they just add that ...

I'm really liking the POS System, But.....

I'm really liking the POS System, but my frustration stems from the Credit Card portion. You have two choices and both are extremely backed up and can not handle workload. You can not use local providers who can have you up and running. Make sure you give yourself weeks after purchase before you need to make sales.
