Customer Support is one the best reasons to choose Lightspeed

I have received excellent help and support with Lightspeed's customer service at every level. From the sales department, to the technical support, and to the training help- everyone has always gone out of their way and taken their time with me. I've been a customer since 2009, and they've never failed to be there for all my problems.

Really complete webshop package

I'm really happy with my choice to pick Lightspeed eCommerce for our webshop. It's a complete package which gives us all the tools to make a trustable ecommerce store and helps us to be found in search engines. I would pick them again if I would make another shop.

Lightspeed Customer Service

Lightspeed has truly exceptional customer service agents. Whenever our company( Party Party) has called to get any POS questions answered they have resolved our issues in a matter of minutes. From the introduction, orientation and program usage there's been nothing but professionalism and the great service. Always available for assistance. Even if it's something out of scope or responsibility they've point us in the right direction.

Lightspeed POS

We made a leap in our POS from software to cloud as our company grew from 2 stores to 7 in less than 15months. The transition was seamless, our reporting is more unique and deliveries answers to our questions in secs, and the LS staff is amazingly patient and friendly to work with. They care about our concerns as we continue to grow baby grow!!!!

Best POS system for a FAST growing retail business

After many years of running Lightspeed, I am STILL impressed with the product. Lightspeed support is BY FAR the best support system I have ever experienced (with any technology!). Appauling Customer Service

I have been trying to cancel my contract since July... It is now october and the will not respond to my cancellation requests and are now threatening legal action. They are an awful company and would highly recommend avoiding
