No card refunds possible - no cooling of period after you have signed the contract

Lightspeed POS system seemed to be a perfect solution for my store. It works actually great, but what nobody is telling you before you sign the contract is, that they actually can't process card refunds. They recommend to use iZettle, Barclays, etc. as payment systems. The payment system is working fine, but be aware for the shitstorm you get when the customer comes back for a refund. The only solution right now is to give the refund back via cash!!! Happy days when a customer comes back ...

Was pretty easy to teach an old dog new tricks.

I was very hesitant to switch from a POS system that I had used for the past 8 years. I'm 57 years old and not very tech savvy so I decided to let my much younger employees choose our new system, keeping in mind that it's hard to teach an old dog new tricks. Lightspeed is so easy to use, they have really thought about every feature you would need and make it as simple as possible. I love that I can access my POS from any computer, so when I am away from the store, I can login and see what our sales are without having to call and bother my employees. Amazing POS and even better Customer Service!

Lightspeed is my first Retail POS Software that I have had to pleasure of finding and working with. Excellent, Easy to Use, Extremly Fast to Get started

Lightspeed Cloud POS has met all of our expectations and Needs for a bicycle Retail shop. Inventory Managment, Work Order's, and customer tracking. Couldn't be happier. No need to deal with a server and local back ups works from anywhere on any device.

Very Thorough Training

I have now completed two on-boarding sessions with the trainers at Lightspeed. Both have been very thorough and have helped me understand the process of setting up my website through eCom. We are all excited to launch our new eCom website in the coming weeks. They are great at making sure that all questions are answered. I highly recommend the Lightspeed POS and eCom products.

Wonderful POS right from my iPad!

Couldn't have found a better retail POS software that works right from my iPad, or phone to check on inventory from the sales floor or ring up customers in line or at vendor holiday shows. Easily place products into a website which has some great free themes to choose from. Love that integrating a blog is there but it's not as well set up as it could be for a profitable blog which is key for any business now. I'm sure they'll have an upgrade soon. Salesman tells you what you want to hear to make the sale

Lightspeed seemed like a good solution for my small business after doing some research and speaking with their salesman. What they don't tell you is that they rush you into a sale with an offer that "expires" in the near future. They don't give you an opportunity to test the product to see if it will work for your business.
