Excellent interface, easy to use, and fantastic customer support.

I was first introduced to Lightspeed while working at my previous employer. The owner had bounced from program to program for inventory management/ POS and none of them fully delivered on every front. He learned about Lightspeed and decided to give it a try. Lightspeed Retail has been a very wise investment for our business.

We launched Lightspeed Retail in our shop at the end of 2016 and have been really pleased with the whole experience. It has helped us to manage our stock much more efficiently which means we are maximising our margins. It also means that I now have some really useful data and information at my fingertips to assist in making wise commercial decisions (and at a much smaller financial outlay than we would have had to make had we decided to use a more traditional server based EPOS). I wish I would have switched to Lightspeed sooner!

The Bling Box switched to Lightspeed Retail and eCom Omnichannel on 10/1/16 after being with Quickbooks POS Basic 10 for 5 years and Big Commerce Web Platforms for 4 years. Of course, I was nervous about switching, but I knew our company had outgrown the capabilities of our current Point of Sale System and we were having too many mistakes with inventory trying to manually keep the counts straight with the online orders. The absolute BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I am a small business owner with multiple stores, all setup with Lightspeed. They are by far the easiest POS I've ever worked with and I've worked with 3 different POS'. Not only is lightspeed a GREAT POS but they've figure out the "name of the game",imo, CUSTOMER SERVICE!! There is NOT another corporation, that ive called into, that provides the same level of customer service as lightspeed does! I would HIGHLY recommend lightspeed to anyone!!
