Useless customer service, cancelling your contract is made impossible
Pro: The backend office is very basic and easy to navigate if you have no previous experience with running a webshop.. Cons: However, this makes it impossible to make any adjustments yourself unless you pay the premium price. Not useful at all for businesses looking to develop in the long term or if you want to create a personalised webshop. The worst thing is their customer service. Easy to use
When I signed up for an eCommerce demo 4 years ago, I was amazed by the user-friendliness of the system. I was able to set up a professional webshop in just a few days without any technical knowledge.

I just recently signed up with lightspeed and I have to say I love the system! It's very straight forward and exactly what we need for our business. The customer support team is so friendly and they are great at answering any questions, either before you purchase the system or after! It's refreshing talking to REAL people, and not people who just use scripts the whole time. I definitely would recommend this POS system to any business!

What do you like best about Lightspeed Restaurant? I like the ease of use. I can quickly change items, pricing, floor layout, pos layout on the backend. The system is very user friendly to use and modify. What do you dislike about Lightspeed Restaurant? There are a couple features that are a bit hidden behind a long press. Horrible experience, please extensively review other POS-systems BEFORE picking Lightspeed
Hi, My experience with Lightspeed POS and their partners, sales people, onboarding team, etc. has been horrible. I looked into lightspeed about six months ago, received their free trial and quickly signed up for two years. I purchased all hardware, software, ipads, enclosures, etc. to get my new restaurant up and running. I'm new to Lightspeed and this system is super simple to navigate my way through. The on-boarding training was super helpful to have any questions I had answered or give me tips and tricks to make my life easier. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
