Very easy company to work with both from the time you set it up to years into using the product. More features than POS systems costing considerable more. Easy setup with almost any computer and operating system.

Fantastic!

Oh my gosh. How awesome was Bryn?! First, she is a knitter, so she gets what my sweet little shop is all about. Second, she did not click everything for me...she was patient and let me take the reigns and do the clicking and typing which helps everything she taught me stick in my brain. She also allowed me to ask any question along the way and did not make me feel silly for asking. Outstanding product and service !

Excellent product and support, restaurant management made easy ! I was used to other versions of restaurant management systems though when I was introduced to Lightspeed, it felt user friendly, adaptable to our outlet model and very efficient. Great service from the local representative too.... Thumbs up !
