Lightspeed gets the job done

I own a women’s clothing, accessory and gift boutique called Fusion Boutique. We switched over to Lightspeed about 5 months ago when we needed to update our POS and wanted an option to get our items that were in store to also be available for online purchase. Our ecommerce support from Bryn was very helpful. All of our questions were answered with ease. She was very knowledgeable, we were able to understand and apply her directions easily. Love using the platform for online, it is very intuitive. Lightspeed has helped our business greatly.

We have been using Lightspeed eCom for just over a month now. Aside from an initial issue with the configuration of our account, we have been extremely pleased with both the robustness of the platform and the customer service. We migrated from BigCommerce where the customer support was non-existent, the technology consistently full of bugs and where they focus more of their time on their marketing puffery, than actually providing a product that delivers for customers. Absolutely terrible product

Absolutely terrible product. They run a cloud based Point of Sale System, yet consistently for 6 months they have service outages 2-3 times a month. Most of the time during peak hours like friday/saturday evening times. The customer service is friendly, but beyond that, they are of very little help. Lightspeed should spend more resources on offline features rather than putting all their eggs into a cloud-based solution without any reliability. I find my self having to write down ...

Everyone I've talked to at Lightspeed has been super nice and mega helpful. And they are really patient with people like me who forget the most basic info while I'm trying to open up a music store.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Working with this company is very stressful. I just signed up for their product with one year contract. And your customer success team is not interested to help me. They think they are my customer and I have to bend backward to get their support. So I am never ever buying any product from them.

Their customer onboarding team is a joke. They dont let you talk, they dont listen, they have no time when you need them. Very stubburn and they think they are your customer and i have to bend down to get their support
