A+ Training & Service
We are just beginning the process of switching our point of sale system from Shopkeep to Lightspeed and are very excited to go live with it! Lightspeed has far more robust capabilities, is very user-friendly, and the training & service aspect has been outstanding so far! We look forward to leaving an updated & expanded review after we've begun to truly utilize the program.

We previously used an in house system…
We previously used an in house system that was custom designed for our store, but it was starting to show its age. We then looked for different alternatives and tested several options. Lightspeed stood out in terms of its flexibility and user friendliness. We are extremely satisfied with our choice and would recommend Lightspeed to anyone looking for an all encompasing POS.

No gift cards after two years of promises
No gift cards. They said two years ago when we started with them that they were working on it and it would be available "soon". Two years later nothing. Every couple months they are still "working on it". Who doesnt offer the ability to sell gift cards online? We have lost a lot of sales because of this. If you call them right now they will say something like "this year" or "hopefully soon". They just want your money and are willing to string you along. Lightspeed employs more people ...

Excellent - highly recommend
We have a bike shop and love how easily lightspeed is able to integrate with all of our suppliers. So simple to use and easy to train our employees on. Highly recommend!!
