Best POS ever!

I have been using Lightspeed for years now and its usefulness still amazes me. I have two desktop Retails, one with eCommerce and it's a joy to see them work together. One inventory for Online and Brick & mortar store is easy to manage and saves time. This is my third and final POS system. Great product with the BEST customer service ever!

Best POS ever!

No negative QTY is a deal breaker

No negative QTY is a deal breaker. In an ideal world we shouldn't have negative inventory, in reality it happens. People make mistakes, customers ask to buy product before we've completed receiving etc. Allowing negative QTY is critical to our small business. This missing functionality will result in us moving to another application as soon as our contract is up.

Since I use Lightspeed I find that my inventory management between my site and my shop is easier. For accounting it also saves a lot of time because the reports are detailed. I highly recommend Lightspeed to start-ups that have shops.

Would 100% recommend.

We've used Lightspeed since we launched our food business from a food truck in 2014. We have now expanded to two restaurants and continue to be very pleased with the system and features it provides. The in-person support has always been fantastic too. Would 100% recommend.

I run a Retail Shop and have been with Lightspeed for just under 3 years, Lightspeed have always helped me with being helpful and flexible and when the business went through a tough time financially they gave me breathing space. Alex in sales has always gone above and beyond and done all he can to resolve my user errors and help when needed. Lightspeed is the future of Restaurant POS

PROS: Easy to use simple and intuitive interface. Amazing customer support CONS: Can be a bit laggy at times if internet connection is not strong
