Excellent Training Opportunities
We are early in the conversion process, but I have been extremely satisfied with the emphasis Lightspeed is placing on training and getting us ready to go live - everyone we have worked with so far has been very helpful, and completely familiar with their product and all the ways it can be utilized to best serve our specific needs.

What do you like best about Lightspeed Restaurant? As a hostess at a restaurant, this is a great way for me to take control of the floor. It allows me to see which tables have been sat, which tables have checked out, which tables are open for seating, etc. My job is all about communication with the servers and about the flow of the restaurant. Lightspeed has to be the best POS…
Lightspeed has to be the best POS system available. We interviewed and researched 15 different companies for our new system here at The Good Feet Store, and Lightspeed was the best in every category. Their customer service and tech help are top notch, installation and integration was a breeze, and the price is a great value.
