They are finally launching a loyalty…

They are finally launching a loyalty program feature on lightspeed ecom. As expected it's behind a paywall. Lightspeed has lots of apps integrated so you can spend many times more than what you expected/were made to believe. Every business needs a shady partner that's only interested in your money.

#1 upgrade we have made for our business.

Lightspeed makes our business more profitable and easier to manage. The setup is easy and there are no add-ons. Every aspect of our business communicates with each other seamlessly. Inventory management is controlled, profit is easier to track, and it frees up time for day to day operations. Support is excellent and does not cost anything additional in time, or dollars. They are friendly and prompt to aid in our success.

We have been using Lightspeed at our small cafe

We have been using Lightspeed at our small cafe and it has made things so much easier. The software is really easy to use and it helps keep the customer orders straight. I would highly recommend this program to anyone!

Shockingly Satisfied

PROS: Shockingly satisfied by this POS. I manage a restaurant called Eclipse Chocolate, and I was uncertain that Lightspeed would be able to meet all of our needs. We’re a full service dining concept with brunch and dinner daily, a cafe, a bakery, an event space, a confectioner, and a wholesaler; we needed a POS that would be intuitive and adaptable to a very dynamic menu, and usable by professional servers, as well as kitchen and production staff. What do you like best about Lightspeed Restaurant? Seems like every employee is on the same page : great service with a friendly touch! What do you dislike about Lightspeed Restaurant? Excellent Versatile Point of Sale Solution

After our first two years in business, we switched to Lightspeed Retail as our point of sale solution. Now, as we approach our fourth year in business, we couldn't be happier with the decision.
