Loving our LightSpeed POS system!!!

We were originally using Revel’s POS system at our restaurant and made the immediate switch to Lightspeed after scheduling an impressive webinar with one of their representatives. They made the transition so easy! The Lightspeed team is very helpful and accommodating. We were unable to schedule our webinar during their business hours so they scheduled one after hours just to accommodate us. From Implementation to working in Remote locations, effortless and efficient.

Lightspeed was very easy to implement, it's cut down on the time required to order and receive stock into inventory and do cycle counts to keep our inventory levels accurate. We use Light Speed to offer credit to some accounts, managing credit accounts is efficient and easy. we also take some of our terminals to Trade Shows for selling products and remote set up is always quick and effortless, the processes flow as smoothly as if we were back in our store. The Best POS I Have Found!

Lightspeed is very in depth and detailed. There are so many functions and fields for data entry, recording, and tracking. It's in the cloud! No backups! Clean and simple, yet so powerful! Technical support is AAA+++! They're the bomb! Can't believe we tried anything else first. Extremely Happy

After using several different POS systems, I switched over to light speed four years ago. I've never used a POS linked to ecom that was so user friendly and easy to navigate. Great simple POS!

The software, while being feature rich, is very easy to use, and very intuitive. Will never go back to a PC based POS, cloud is the way to go. Runs very well on an iPad, which allows even more mobility, which changes the whole in-store experience. Managers at head office can view sales real time from anywhere.

This is a great POS system

This is a great POS system. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade their current system or to start new. It was very easy to integrate. I did it myself in 3 days time. The support is quick and always there! They are constantly updating their system to fit their customers.
