Amazing POS and team
Having worked in the industry for 8 years, i have experienced different POS's systems. LightSpeed really offers a easy to use and user friendly platform, which makes working in high paced environments efficient. Also there customer service is really responsive, which is very useful in the restaurant industry. Strongly recommend.

I started with Lightspeed Onsite, which I thought was OK, though somewhat clunky, until I switched to Lightspeed Onsite for Retail. I love this cloud version of L/S! Once I got the swing of things I've found it easy to use. When I have issues, tech support sets me straight. The business has grown considerably since I first launched with L/S, so their support people are very busy. I usually opt for a call back rather than wait on hold. Great for multiple locations
I have been using Lightspeed Retail for almost 5 years. I am very happy with it. New employees often tell me that it's much easier to learn than other systems. I started with one location, then added eCom about 2 years later, and then added a 2nd physical location after another year. Lightspeed makes it easy to manage multiple locations. I work from home a lot, and I like that I can run reports from anywhere. It's nice to check sales on my phone to see how things are going! I don't need to ...

We are so glad we found Lightspeed. They make retail and online retail affordable and easy. Their staff is always very helpful and easily accessible when help is needed. They offer many integrations and one of our favorites is the POS system for retail sales. There are so many great qualities to this program. Everything is very easy to use, easy to set up, and very user-friendly.
