This is our first POS experience and it has been a very positive one. I am on the downhill side of 50 and had no trouble getting used to using the system. We are using it for inventory control, customer service and reports and find that it is serving us well. We are a nursery, greenhouse and tree farm and landscaping company. I have found ways to make our unique business work with this system. Compared to other systems I researched, the price is awesome.

Great support, User friendly
I have been using Lightspeed for almost 2 years in my brick and mortar boutique. I have been impressed with the availability of support and the responsiveness of their team. I find the POS easy to use on the front end, and now that we have integrated credit card processing and a loyalty program, it’s even better. They helped us seamlessly switch during December so we would be fully operational at the beginning of the new year. Lightspeed is a great POS for restaurant
Lightspeed is a great POS for our new business Premier Joueur. Really useful, modern and attractive to learn for our staff. It helps us taking care of our sales. Its really easy to change the items of our menu, to program our promotions and to keep an outgoing eye on our sales durant an evening, a week or a month.
