Perfect solution for our needs!

While I cannot speak to the effectiveness of Lightspeed for large scale or multiple location businesses I can say that for my small campus bookstore Lightspeed is perfect! I haven't even scratched the surface of all it can do and I'm pleased already. Great inventory management, reporting, and record keeping for what my needs are. Easy Peezy!!

Easy and affordable. I began my lightspeed journey 3 years ago. I was given a 4 week time frame to open a complete brick and mortar store. The last thing I needed was a complex POS system to learn. I called and they delivered. Very effective and super to navigate. I love the fact it is cloud based which means all I needed was a internet connection and I was ready to roll. Best business decision we've ever made

We switched to Lightspeed for our music retail store about 4 years ago and its been the best business decision we've ever made. We were using an outdated POS that was extremely limited and unable to work the way we needed it. Now, with Lightspeed Retail and eCom, our inventory is all synced to give us a great website, inventory is synced with Reverb and eBay, work tickets and Purchase orders have never been easier, and our customers are happier! The Lightspeed staff support and…

The Lightspeed staff support and service is excellent. Lightspeed ensured that I had the right set of products, both software and hardware and followed up with me during the entire process to ensure I was successful in my transition from another POS product. I highly recommend Lightspeed to anyone looking for a POS solution and an eCommerce solution.

Easy and In Depth!

I’ve used many point of sale systems in the past but almost none have managed to make both sales and inventory easy to use and integrate them so well. Beyond that it makes tracking numbers very easy; I can see what items are selling well and which aren’t and even check my day to day to see if I’m improving. I've been very pleased with Lightspeed's capabilities, accessibility & overall functionality. We've been with Lightspeed going on two years now and remain content with our decision.
