GREAT POS
In my restaurant, we have been working with Light Speed from the opening in 2017, so over two years now, and me and my staff are very happy about. I don't like to lie and obviously the POS is not perfect., there are always areas to improve, and be more functional and works better as with any system. Lightspeed is Great!
Lightspeed is great because it's able to integrate my web store inventory with my actual brick-and-mortar inventory. The detailed reports on quantities and categories are helpful for me as a buyer. Also, I love how they have 24/7 customer support. Their support team is capable and very knowledgeable when it comes to trouble shooting and fixing problems or glitches. And very courteous! We had to close our restaurant today…
We had to close our restaurant today due to Lightspeed. For two days the system is reporting zero. Shift reports, day reports, Receipts, user reports, etc. fist line support has no clue and keeps telling us for the last two days they are escalating it. Tried to call in to speak with a SVP. Was promised a call back in 10 minutes. going on 4+ hours. I can not believe I witnessed the day a Software company took out a business

It is the most efficient and reliable…
It is the most efficient and reliable POS system ever. We save so much time by not fighting with software issues and inventory problems. It is easy to train staff on and gives us more time to actually do business.

You can never go wrong with Lightspeed

Lightspeed has been great.
Lightspeed has helped my business much more smoothly and efficiently. Inventory management, re-ordering, and customer tracking has been the most helpful. It's very easy to learn and use and saves a lot of time in various tasks.

Lightspeed has been fantastic
Lightspeed has been fantastic! Reports are detailed, my accountant loves them. It's easy to use. They help with set up and training. Customer service is always friendly and efficient. Lightspeed is especially helpful if you do workorders for customers, you can track progress and it puts it all into the bill when you are ready to check out. I use lightspeed to run my warehouse…
I use lightspeed to run my warehouse and 2 retail locations. The training was great for my staff as they are able to figure out rather complex process without knowing anything technical. We don't have to guess about inventory anymore with analytics as well. Highly recommended.
