Having to change POS systems can be very nerve racking and something I was dreading as a new business owner. Jordan at Lightspeed made this transition go pretty smooth and not so scary. We have been using Lightspeed for the…
We have been using Lightspeed for the last 3 years and find it to be user-friendly and quick at the sales counter. After a couple of issues with activating our new Cayan payment terminals things are running smoothly. The data entry for our inventory is also laid out well and loading product images is a snap! There are a couple of additional reporting options we might look at if we choose to add "Advanced" services, but overall, we're quite happy with Lightspeed.

What do you like best about Lightspeed Restaurant? We signed up for Lightspeed a few years ago. The customer service has been exceptional. They were available 24/7 and never made me feel stupid for asking a question. The software is very easy to use and we were able to let new staff use it with absolutely no training - yes - that easy. I have used Lightspeed for the last few…
I have used Lightspeed for the last few years. It is really easy to use and allows me to put any new staff I have on it with just a quick review. If I ever need any support their customer service line is open 24/7. With Lightspeed I am able to control my inventory and balance the till at the end of the night without any difficulty.

We are very happy with the system
We are very happy with the system. It is very intuitive, and the staff that we have that have never used a point-of-sale system are finding it very easy to use. Super user-friendly, the customer service is excellent, definitely exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend this system for people experienced or inexperienced with a POS. What do you like best about Lightspeed Restaurant? Really easy to use and great support from the team if there is anything that doesn't work. What do you dislike about Lightspeed Restaurant? There are some bugs from time to time, but most of the time, the support is really quick to fix it. What problems is Lightspeed Restaurant solving and how is that benefiting you? I am glad I switched over to Lightspeed…
I switched over to Lightspeed close to two years into my baby store. The onboarding was very quick and easy. Our transition went well and we were up and running within a week on the new system. Lightspeed Loyalty was an added benefit to our transition as well as another app to share real time inventory to our eCommerce site. Lightspeed is very user friendly and easy to customize to your specific needs. If you need help the support team and on boarding team will help you out without hesitation. I would highly recommend Lightspeed.
