Efficient, Intuitive, and Easy to Use

I have used Lightspeed for years and am completely happy with the ease and efficiency of the program. Upgrades happen seamlessly through the cloud, and it's also quite convenient to sign in from any location, and device to monitor sales or reports for the day.

Saved us 10s of thousands of $s transitioning to a cloud-based system. Can log in and check Reports and Time Clock of Employees and do literally anything anywhere including Sales offsite via your smartphone. Easy integration with Online Store Add on for additional and affordable $99 a month! Inputting Inventory when items are new products with new attributes can be a little slow. There is a Quick Edit Items feature but if there was a way to Quick Edit Matrices constrained by Calendar search ...

We used to use Quickbooks and then thought we were upgrading by going w/ Revel. We quickly realized our mistake and went with Lightspeed. Their system is user friendly, the link with Ecom is wonderfully easy and their customer service is top notch. When we need help, if we can't find it in the "help" area that is right in the program, the reps are just a few clicks away. They are always friendly and professional and very knowledgeable. We couldn't be happier that we chose Lightspeed.

Brilliant

We love that Lightspeed Retail is fast to use when you have a customer in front of you. It is fast and simple to load new stock and create new stock It has fantastic reports that you can do daily, weekly and monthly. Most of all I love that it can be access remotely, our bookkeeper works of site and she is about to view the system live, it is brilliant. I've been using this POS for almost a year now and have been very pleased with both the retail and ecomm software. I use both. While the initial start up was painful (as it would be for anyone switching POS systems) I will say that my ramp up time for myself and my employees was relatively smooth. We have used the product for a number of years now. Always works, easy to use, integrated with many of our suppliers which makes processing receipts and building product information easy. Reporting is basic but you can get what you need. Would we buy the product again to run our retail shop. yes
