We migrated from Lightspeed Onsite to Lightspeed retail nearly a year ago now, and the move has been fantastic. I did a LOT of research before the move to ensure we could take our Onsite Data over. Actually turned out there was some Workorder data that wouldn't migrate, but the upside to move to retail outweighed this by a long way. LightSpeed Success

Barrie Pool and Patio has been a user of Lightspeed for multiple years now. We have found this system extremely reliable, efficient, user-friendly and most importantly the support from the company itself is there when you need it. The system is straight forward and I would highly recommend for people who are just starting up a business or even have an existing business.This system is also very easy to teach new hires. It is quite self explanatory.

DO NOT TRUST LIGHTSPEED

DO NOT TRUST LIGHTSPEED! I can NOT stress that enough! Buyer beware! After shopping around for a while, I found Lightspeed and really liked the look of their system. They look like a solid POS, they manage employees and PO's, they even have a solid inventory management system. The main and only concern I had was that it would not integrate with our eCommerce platform MIVA. The Lightspeed sales rep I spoke with several times believed it connected to our e-commerce platform. User friendly and works seamlessly with…

User friendly and works seamlessly with eCom in keeping inventory levels accurate. The only issue I've had is with changing the price of a product created using the matrix...I have to change the price in 3 different places in order for it to take full effect. This has been brought to Lightspeed's attention and hopefully a fix to this issue will occur. Other than that it has been a really great program and customer service has been top notch!

We are using lightspeed for both of our…

We are using lightspeed for both of our businesses, Interio Furniture and Rug Fashion Store. It was the best decision we could have made. It is so easy to learn. There are so many ways it makes running a business simple. We are very happy with the program and intend to use it for any other locations we open in the future.
