Great Point of sales system

Great Point of sales system. Super user friendly, easy for staff to learn. you can set each user up and limit what each one has access to. Love that we can take pictures of our inventory and add them to each item, which is helpful for us because we sell donated product. Can print labels out for each item, if you have barcodes for items you just out those into the system and scan them at the register. Really nice that I can access any information for our store from home, well from anywhere. ...

I've been with Lightspeed for my brick…

I've been with Lightspeed for my brick and mortar store for about 6 years and I wouldn't have it any other way. The interface is super easy and it keeps track of everything from payments to customer information. Reporting is a breeze, so is ordering and keeping track of special orders for customers.

I've been with Lightspeed for my brick and mortar store for about 6 years and I wouldn't have it any other way. The interface is super easy and it keeps track of everything from payments to customer information. Reporting is a breeze, so is ordering and keeping track of special orders for customers.

Great Company with stellar customer service

We have been with Lightspeed for nearly 10 years and have recently transitioned over to Retail coming from their OnSite and eCom products. Customer service has always been top notch and its great to see them implementing new features all the time. We are 80/20 online/brick and mortar and would like to see some of the great inventory features from Onsite make their way to the cloud based Retail. eCom is very easy to use and love having instant inventory updates sync over. Very unhappy Customer

Lightspeed Experience has been a total nightmare, I purchased my system for my Brick and mortar and ecommerce appox a month ago, so when I reach out to Lightspeed I kept telling Taylor how easy would the inventory be to change over and he ensured me they do in everyday and the tech would do it all, so when we started training they told us that we would have to change all the headers to to be able to sell ecommerce so that lied is going to cost my company thousands of dollars in labor cost ...

"Simply the best!"

What do you like best about Lightspeed Restaurant? Best POS app on the market. Period. Even without including their customer service(which is outstanding). I've been recommending it to everyone since and will continue to do so ! What do you dislike about Lightspeed Restaurant? To know that I wasted my time and money on other POS before them !
