Using Lightspeed has been a great experience. It's very easy to use, set up and customer service is great. Back-office features are very helpful, and it's perfect for a small or medium-size company.

We have been using Lightspeed at The Diving Bell for a year and we couldn't be happier. The system is so easy to use, and not bulky like every other POS I have used in the past. All our staff find the interface simple, and as the owner I can access all my reports from home. I have had few issues, and the couple times I have needed to call into support they were kind and courteous, and solved my problems quick so I could get back to running the bar. Can't say enough about how happy we are ...

Lightspeed has been an amazing addition…
Lightspeed has been an amazing addition to our business. The ease of being able to customize a POS system for retail is what we were looking for when we switched to it in 2017. The 3rd party integrations seem almost endless. If we are looking to add a feature they almost always have an answer. My favorite features are probably the robust special order system, 1st party ecom integration (LS ecom) and integrated payment processing. I have yet to find a POS that does it like Lightspeed.

Lightspeed has been an amazing addition to our business. The ease of being able to customize a POS system for retail is what we were looking for when we switched to it in 2017. Great Point of sales system
Great Point of sales system. Super user friendly, easy for staff to learn. you can set each user up and limit what each one has access to. Love that we can take pictures of our inventory and add them to each item, which is helpful for us because we sell donated product. Can print labels out for each item, if you have barcodes for items you just out those into the system and scan them at the register. Really nice that I can access any information for our store from home, well from anywhere. ...
