You get what you pay for! great value super powerful.
We have been using this platform for 18 months, so I waited a while to do the review. This system is very powerful, and really was the only system that checked all the boxes for us. We probably demoed 10 systems after going through an initial screening of other cloud based POS systems. We have recently added the analytics plug which is really next level. Been happy with Lightspeed since 2014…
Here at Life on a bike cycle store, we have been happy with Lightspeed since 2014 when we decided to take the plunge. It changed the way my small business flows and has been a great way to handle profit and stock number. Highly recommended to anyone who has a small business and needs to enter the future!

What do you like best about Lightspeed Restaurant? Lightspeed is so easy to use especially in a restaurant setting. What do you dislike about Lightspeed Restaurant? I dislike not having more ease in splitting bills and transferring seats. Recommendations to others considering Lightspeed Restaurant: Stick with it What problems is Lightspeed Restaurant solving and how is that benefiting you? Great POS System and very user…
Great POS System and very user friendly! We've been using Lightspeed for a year now after a past provider for 10+ years and Lightspeed is soooo much better than what we had. Easy for our staff to learn and great customer and tech support available 24/7 to keep it running smooth. Would highly recommend it.

Just Gets Worse
Poor customer support with frequent outages during business hours. It gets old receiving the same "Sorry for the inconvenience. We're aware of the issue..." They also had a convenient app but unilaterally decided to remove future support of the app without sending a single bit of notification to the current users.
