I have been using for 5.5 years and love it. Comfy and easy to use and requires minimal training for new staff because honestly, if they can't figure it out, they shouldn't leave their house.

Ideal for retail apparel & manufacturing company
Great all-in-one system for sales, employee and customer management, gift cards, inventory, purchase orders, and more! Exporting to Quickbooks is a breeze. I spent a lot of time researching POSs as this was a huge investment for our company, and Lightspeed had the best value proposition that included sufficient reporting and higher level functionality that more basic systems lacked. I am also impressed with their customer service.

Great Program!
I have been with lightspeed for several years and the program has changed our way of doing business. The program has helped us grow and exceeds our expectations in many ways. The support staff is competent and friendly. I recommend it highly.

You get what you pay for! great value super powerful.
We have been using this platform for 18 months, so I waited a while to do the review. This system is very powerful, and really was the only system that checked all the boxes for us. We probably demoed 10 systems after going through an initial screening of other cloud based POS systems. We have recently added the analytics plug which is really next level.
