A real review.
I have used Lightspeed in a bike shop and it has been absolutely key to success. The ability to use a POS from anywhere, on most platforms is amazing. Support is also a key, and they have been great. Super stable, in 2 years there have only been 2 times the server went down, and both were fixed in under 10 minutes. We have 4 stores, and with a shared inventory, it has made things simpler. Zeer handig omnichannel systeem
Ik werk met de omnichannel software (Retail POS en eCom), dit is een zeer handig systeem om geen fouten te bekomen bij de voorraad. Lightspeed helpt je goed op weg. Hier en daar zijn er nog wat punten die beter kunnen. Maar er is evolutie.

EASY TO USE
I have been using Lightspeed for the last several years. At our venue we hire our Front of House staff on an as-need basis -we never know who we will get. Lightspeed Restaurant is so easy to use that it only takes 5 minutes to show the staff and they are up and running. I can also check the inventory from their backroom feature. Great for keeping inventory up to date. If I ever did have a question I couldn't figure out - the 24 hours customer service line is excellent and patient.

Keeps crashing, not pleased.
We use lightspeed now in 11 states and I cant seem to go a single month without my team telling me we are down and they cannot collect money. It is costing us a ton of money.

I've worked with several POS systems over more than 15 years in retail and hospitality. Lightspeed is intuitive, easy to use and powerful enough to handle everything my business needs. The system was in place when we recently purchased a new location; Lauren and the support team have worked tirelessly to ensure a seamless transition. Take out coffee shop
Lightspeed has been amazing to deal with. Excellent customer service, always improving any bugs that arise. I am not tech savvy at all and they have been patient and always willing to help. Sending information to our accountant has been a breeze! Checking financial details is easy to do right from my iPad. Highly recommend!!! I could not be happier!

Het systeem kan niet het essentiele en is een zeeeer groot probleem.. Wij hebben omnichanel en duizenden artikelen en maten.Als je als klant bijv. schoenmaat 39 zoekt in de webshop, dan moet je de voorraad van die maat kunnen zien en niet de maten 39 die uitverkocht zijn. Dit is hoogst klantonvriendelijk en weigeren ze om aan te passen.Met meerdere webshopbouwers gesproken en iedereen zegt hetzelfde dat ze dit zeer vaak moeten vernemen en je er pas achter komt wanneer je het systeem al ...
