Easy to use, learn and customise

We are a uniform shop that deals with a lot of backordering and odd orders/workflow, so finding a point of sale system that we could make work for us was quite a challenge, but from the initial demo Lightspeed worked with us to figure out how we could get the system to work for us. Even if at first I found the yearly fee…

Even if at first I found the yearly fee a bit pricy, I would not go back to anything else. My new staff is up and ready to serve clients in minutes of training. The app is easy to customize to your very own and particular situation, everything is self explanatory. Had to call customer service only once in 2 years and they fixed my problem in seconds. this is worth the money even for a very small buisness

Great POS, Easy to Use

We bought this POS to help link and track inventory between our brick/mortar store and our e-commerce store. This was the best decision by far. The price was good and cheaper than the other two brands we looking into. The program is very user friendly and is so easy for my staff to learn and use. New employees seem to understand how to use it in just one day. I also love that you can create purchase orders and send them direct to the vendors through the POS. Lightspeed Is Awesome

Lightspeed enabled me to combine my point of sale, website hosting, ecommerce, and merchant services to save me money and simplify my business. Two Stores, AMAZING!

I run two children's toy stores and we have used Lightspeed for 7 years! It has made a tremendous difference in our ability to transfer merchandise between the two stores, compare inventory and sales levels, and order product at shows with the cloud based POS! Their tech support is AMAZING and if they can't figure something out right away they are very quick to respond when they do figure it out (I've only had to wait 24hrs max).
